At HQ Coaching, we believe everyone, parent, professional or young person, has strengths waiting to be seen and celebrated. Our coaching creates space for you to pause, breathe and reconnect with who you are beneath the busyness of life.
Whether you’re a working mum juggling a demanding role, a child finding your voice, a teenager navigating change, or a family wanting more harmony at home, we meet you with warmth, humour and genuine care. We help you quiet self-doubt, understand your strengths, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
Our approach is simple: real conversations, practical tools and a belief in your potential. You leave our sessions feeling clearer, lighter and more confident, ready to thrive at home, at work and in life.

Originally a southerner who followed her heart (and a Yorkshire tea habit) to the North, she brings warmth, curiosity and a very dry sense of humour to her work. She’s a mum of two girls, a lover of learning, musical theatre and cats, and someone who genuinely sees the potential in everyone. Her favourite thing? Helping people shine in ways they didn’t realise they could.
