Coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives.
Through asking clear and explorative questions, your coach will help you to identify what your priorities are, overcome challenges you face and enable you to see that you can achieve outcomes that really matter to you, aligning with your values and your beliefs.
In a coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
The length of a coaching programme depends on the individual and their goals. Some programmes may last a few months, while others may last a year or more.
At HQ Coaching we recommend you consider an initial programme of six sessions of coaching over a period of 3-6 months.
At the beginning of your coaching relationship, you will enter into a contract with your coach which will make clear the boundaries of confidentiality within that relationship. This contracting ensures you and your coach are of a shared understanding and safeguarded from harm.
Fees for coaching vary and are set by the coach or coaching organisation.
We offer core packages with bespoke options as coaching is not a one-size fits all solution.
