Meet Charlotte of HQ Coaching

Hello and welcome to my 'about me' page.  My name is Charlotte and I am delighted to see you.

I help working mums feel fulfilled, balanced and in control of their personal and professional lives.  Through calm, honest and supportive coaching and NLP, together we will nurture your authenticity and illuminate the wonder of who you are as a unique and inspiring individual, embracing a calm confidence, clarity, and your own kind of magic. 

I know it works, because I have been there and the power of coaching was a revelation for me!

I created HQ Coaching because I want to support others, the way I was supported, through coaching and NLP.  

By providing a safe-space for open and honest communication, I enable my clients to talk through their challenges, without judgement or fear of repercussions, so they feel supported, not isolated.  

I see and respect every part of my clients being.  Not just the job title, or labels that life provides them.  They aren't just boss, mum, wife, daughter, sister, volunteer, cook, cleaner, organiser - we are all a rich combination of all the different elements of our identity that make us unique.

My clients know and feel that are truly and completely seen, heard and valued.  I speak their language, I empathise with their frustrations, worries and obstacles, and I celebrate their strengths and achievements.

HQ Coaching exists because I believe that, through coaching, everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey

I am a very proud mum of two amazing (exhausting!) daughters.  We live with my husband in the glorious East Riding of Yorkshire, having moved here from London in 2016.

I love to spend time enjoying nature but I am not hardy enough to be a camper, I enjoy my creature comforts, like a hot bath and a cup of tea after a muddy walk.  

I am always studying and looking to learn new things.  I am curious about everything and everyone, which is what makes me a great coach - I am invested in you and I invest in myself to ensure you get the best.

I do not have green fingers but I take great joy in seeing things thrive/survive in my garden.  I am particularly fond of roses, lavender, tulips and growing herbs my husband then cooks with, or strawberries my girls eat straight from the plant.

My biggest passion, outside my family, is showing people the wonder I can see in them, when they haven't yet been able to recognise it in themselves.
