Meet Charlotte of HQ Coaching

Hello and welcome to my 'about me' page.  My name is Charlotte and I am the coach for working mums.

HQ Coaching is named after my two grandmothers.  They were both working mothers and inspired me in so many ways and set great examples of strength, courage and self-belief.  

I believe that, through coaching, everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.

I specialise in supporting working mothers, as I know how amazing they are and recognise many of the challenges they face, personally and professionally.

I have a gift for shining a light on my clients talents, for bringing their strengths into focus and helping them to see how amazing they can be, illuminating the wonder of them.

It is my ambition that through my work, as a coach and mentor, I can inspire people and help them find their strength, courage and self-belief. 

I am a very proud mum of two amazing (exhausting!) daughters.  We live with my husband in the glorious East Riding of Yorkshire, having moved here from London in 2016.

I love to spend time enjoying nature but I am not hardy enough to be a camper, I enjoy my creature comforts, like a hot bath and a cup of tea after a muddy walk.  

I am always studying and looking to learn new things.  I am curious about everything and everyone, which is what makes me a great coach - I am invested in you and I invest in myself to ensure you get the best.

I do not have green fingers but I take great joy in seeing things thrive/survive in my garden.  I am particularly fond of roses, lavender, tulips and growing herbs my husband then cooks with, or strawberries my girls eat straight from the plant.

My biggest passion, outside my family, is showing people the wonder I can see in them, when they haven't yet been able to recognise it in themselves.
